Superdigitals ("we", "us") operates https://superdigitals.co.za. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Contact details you submit through our contact form — name, email, subject, and message.
• Account details — email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you create an account.
• Profile information you choose to add, such as your display name and notification preferences.
• Website URLs you submit for audit, and the resulting scores.
• Billing and subscription status — we do not collect or store your card or bank details ourselves; these are handled directly by our payment processors.
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics, such as pages visited and general location.

To operate the audit and dashboard service, respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form, manage your account and subscription, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Account, profile, subscription, and audit data are stored in our Supabase database with row-level security enabled, meaning your data is only accessible to your own account. Contact form submissions are stored the same way and reviewed by our team. Audit URLs submitted anonymously (without an account) are processed to generate a report and are not linked to a persistent identity.

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.
• BobPay and PayFast — payment processing for subscriptions. Payment details are entered directly on their platforms and never pass through our servers.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You can update your name and notification preferences directly from your dashboard's Account Management page, or permanently delete your account and associated data from the same page.
