Superdigitals provides automated website audits (SEO, performance, security, and accessibility scoring), digital marketing services, and business account management tools, delivered through our website and dashboard.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Audit scores are generated automatically and are indicative, not exhaustive or guaranteed. They should inform your decisions, not replace professional judgment for critical issues like security vulnerabilities.

Paid plans bill monthly or annually as selected at checkout, processed by our third-party payment partners (BobPay, PayFast). You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• No auditing of sites you don't own or have permission to test, for purposes beyond reasonable competitive/informational use.
• No automated scraping or abuse of the audit API outside normal product use.
• No using the service for unlawful purposes.

Superdigitals retains ownership of the platform, branding, and audit methodology. You retain all rights to your own website content and business data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from the Account Management page in your dashboard.

Superdigitals is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on audit results.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
